With its sleek lines, low riding profile and modern design features the new Škoda Karoq looks like it will turn plenty of heads when it is released. Sketches of the new Škoda Karoq have been released and reveal a mid-size SUV with lashings of contemporary style.
Featuring a striking front with a wide hexagonal radiator grille, reworked LED headlights and loads of innovative new technologies, the updated Karoq will be unveiled to eager audiences as part of a digital presentation on 30 November.
The sketches of the new Škoda Karoq offer us a glimpse of updated design elements, such as headlights that are slimmer than previously and which form a cohesive horizontal strip with the radiator grille. The daytime driving lights are now divided into two parts. Beneath it there is a second module for the fog lights or, in the top-of-the-range model, a separate LED module. This revised light layout gives the car a distinctive ‘four-eyed’ look.
To the rear the tail lights have kept Škoda’s hallmark C-shape design, but they too have been made more slender and accent the car’s width. Other new features include an extended rear spoiler and a redesigned bumper with a black diffusor.
The Karoq first joined the Škoda family in 2017 as the smaller brother of the Kodiaq, which has also been modernised recently. Since its release the Škoda Karoq has developed a well-earned reputation as an exhilarating SUV with a yearning for adventure and fun.
